ScopeGen is operated by Lead Ledger Pro LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScopeGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ScopeGen provides AI-powered home repair cost estimates based on photos you upload. Estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, bids, or guarantees of actual contractor pricing.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscriptions and Billing

ScopeGen offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Accuracy of Estimates

Cost estimates are generated using AI analysis and regional pricing data. Actual costs may vary based on project specifics, contractor availability, material costs, and other factors. ScopeGen does not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate.

Contractor Recommendations

ScopeGen may display contractor recommendations sourced from Google Maps. These are provided for convenience only. ScopeGen does not endorse, vet, or guarantee any contractor and is not responsible for the quality of their work.

User Content

By uploading photos to ScopeGen, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze those images for the purpose of generating estimates. We do not sell your photos or share them with third parties except as needed to provide the Service (e.g., AI analysis).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Ledger Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on cost estimates.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
